At Design Democracy 2026, Dark Innovatory Factory unveils the CHRONOS Edition — beginning with two collectible works: the CHRONOS Chair and the CHRONOS Floor Lamp.
Design Democracy is in its fourth edition and runs from 18 to 20 September 2026 at the HITEX Exhibition Centre in Hyderabad. We are taking two pieces: the Chronos Chair and the Chronos Floor Lamp. They were developed separately, but they share the same materials, cast A356 aluminium, ebonized white oak and formed glass, so we are presenting them together as an edition rather than as part of a larger collection.
The chair has a single cast aluminium vein running between five ebonized oak volumes. The lamp takes the same materials into lighting, with formed glass. We will document the lamp properly here once it has been shown.
